Peeps & such

Wednesday Mom & I gathered Owen, Lydia & Savanna and we went to the Peep show at Hurlbert's and our new favorite was to the local Tractor Supply Store. We were allowed to hold the animals at Tractor & Supply! The kids wanted to bring a peep home..... daddy would kill mommy.

Easter Egg Hunt

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at church had to be held indoors as it was chilly and starting to sprinkle. The kids had fun.

Sponge Bob Birthday!

March 29 my best friends son Celebrated his 6th Birthday! It's truly amazing each year how we reflect on what we were doing exactly x number of years prior, how the year has changed. Included are pictures of the birthday party. I wont name names or anything for privacy sake. But my kids and I had a great time!!!

Need to start journal/notebook

I really need to start writing things down as they happen. Owen told me the other day he wanted to be a ground hog hunter. He says "yes mom, ya know when I get older and big. I can do that as my job!" I chuckled. What else could i do......

We registered Owen for preschool a few weeks ago. It then dawned on my that holy cow.... next year this time March 2011 we will have Lancaster and Disney under our belts. But we will be registering Owen for Kindergarten (note to self, take telephone number out of book so can't be on speed dial at the school) AND we will be registering Lydia for her first year of preschool. WOW! Time does fly. I am ready for it though. I desperately need a break, as the kids need other interaction and the ability to learn new exciting stuff.

March 16 I celebrated (well to myself) my one year anniversary at Edgewood Surgical Hospital. I truly do like it there, the people and so forth. Crazy I know. But I do!!!

And it's spring....

In one week we had about 8 baby calves born. And 7 of them were GIRLS!!!!!!!!!! YAY WE like girl calves! Not to be mean, but they're the ones that can make us milk! Our friend Lorie came over one morning and got the peep show. She even got to be a pacifier for a baby calf. Theyre so used to sucking a bottle they'll suck on your finger. It's so cute! Then the black and white one that Troy is carrying was off to the sale with 3 cows. Circle of Life people!

The March

Owen did his first March. His preschool where he attends did a Cystic Fibrosis March. We (as 1st timers had no idea what to expect, a little let down, but they had fun). Owen raised $101.00 I am so proud of him. We're working on thank you cards. Owen was under the impression that he was going to be in a parade, on a float w/ a band, fire trucks,etc. But he was happy when we got there, Skyleigh was there! And her siblings. So they had a GREAT time!!!

Time just a flying by!!!

I know every time I post I say I am going to get better at this.... Im turning into a procrastinator like my spouse. ha ha ha. So here are some pics of the circus we went to March 6 at the Covelli Center. There were even animal rights people picketing outside the area. Rediculous!!! The kids had a good time. IT was about 2 hrs long and shortly after an hour the kids were having a hard time staying focued. We had a GREAT family day.

After the circus we experienced a very busy Saturday Lunch Rush at Chik-Fil-A It was yummy, and the kids had a blast playing at the indoor play area. (pictures included)

Then as the next day we had a family friend birthday party, mommy needed a swim suit and I got one! WOW!!! I found 1 and it fit!!!

Sunday: was a busy day. Joel's birthday at the Farm and then Jordan's birthday at an indoor heating swimming pool. We had another family fun day! Then visited the Cratty's a short visit afterwards.

Time flys so fast. But then when we have idle time, it feels like it's so slow!
